3 WHO CAN ENTER
3.1 The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over only. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies, and anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the competition are ineligible to enter.
3.2 Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
3.3 All competition entrants must reside in the state(s) that the competition is housed within (VIC or NSW or QLD). If the winner drawn resides outside of these states, prizes they win will be retracted and may be redrawn.
4 HOW TO ENTER
4.1 The competition commences 1 August 2019 at 12.00 am. Closing date for entry will be 31 July 2020 at 11:59pm
4.2 Eligible entrants can make multiple entries into the competition, through any one of the following methods (non-exclusive):
4.2.1 When transacting on Liven for an amount exceeding $10. Entrants will receive 1 entry for every multiple of 10 they reach (i.e. $22 = 2 entries, $37 = 3 entries). Transactions under $10 will not count as an entry;
4.2.2 By submitting their email to a Liven Facebook or Viral Loops Bot; or
4.2.3 By inviting their friends to submit their email through the Liven Facebook or Viral Loops Referral Bot.
4.2.4 By completing content creation and sharing challenges at the Promoter’s discretion with the information disseminated through the website and social media platforms 48 hours in advance of the relevant date and time of any bonus entry mechanics
4.2.5 Bonus entries can be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion with the information disseminated through the website and social media platforms 48 hours in advance of the relevant date and time of any bonus entry mechanics
4.3 Competition entry is eligible for a weekly, and monthly prize. For example, an entry on Monday, July 1st, is eligible for:
4.3.1 A weekly prize drawn on the 7th of July; and
4.3.2 A monthly prize for July.
4.4 Entries do not carry over time periods. The same entry on Monday, July 1st, is not eligible for:
4.4.1 A weekly prize drawn for the week starting 8th of July; and
4.4.2 A monthly prize for August.
4.4.3 Prizes from Viral Loops entry method will be drawn from the following schedule.
4.4.3.1 $10 to be given to 450 participants on 8/1/2020
4.4.3.2 $40 to be given to 40 participants on 1/2/2020
4.4.3.2 $100 to be given to 10 participants on 1/3/2020
5 PRIZES
5.1 There will be prizes drawn weekly. There will be one prize draw on Monday, and every month on the last day of that month.
5.2 Winners will receive one prize of LVN credit to use via the Liven App throughout the Liven Ecosystem of Merchants. No individual prize will exceed $1,000 of value. Total prize pool value will not exceed $100,000.
5.3 The Winner must has a Liven account at the time of entry. The winner is not required to be present at the time of the draw. The prize will be sent to the winner’s address or email address as practicable, as given in their entries to the competition or otherwise provided through contact with the Promoter.
5.4 Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown. Winners will be notified by email and published on Liven.com.au within 7 days and must respond within 3 months or the prize will be re-allocated via the unclaimed prize draw. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants, of a random selection.
5.5 The unclaimed prize draw will occur 3 months after the prize draw at the registered office of the Promoter. Winners will be notified by email and published on Liven.com.au within 7 days and must respond within 3 months or the prize will be re-allocated via another unclaimed prize draw.
5.6 By participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required in all activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
5.7 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Transport to and from any events and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
5.8 Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia and any tickets are only valid in Australia.
6 HOW TO WIN
6.1 For games of chance, there will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received for, chosen on the relevant prize draw dates.
6.2 For games of chance, the winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and its agents. For games of skill, the total amount of referrals or LVN will determine your prize.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
6.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion.
6.5 Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some events have age restrictions and these must also be adhered to.
7 NO LIABILITY
7.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent, or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, connectivity failures, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of terrorism, strike, civil unrest, or war, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, cancel the competition or recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or has otherwise been associated with any cause or event beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, including but not limited to tampering, fraud, infection by computer virus, or technical failure.
7.4 The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or redirected mail.
7.5 The Promoter will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss, or claim that may occur:
7.5.1 While undertaking any activity in or connected with entry into the draw;
7.5.2 While participating in any prize;
7.5.3 As a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
7.5.4 In relation to error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, alteration, or delay in operation or transmission of entries;
7.5.5 Due to the publication of any material, including statements made by any staff member, journalist, other entrants, or any other individual; or
7.5.6 In relation to the failure of an entry to be received by the Promoter due to technical malfunctions or any other systems failure.
7.6 All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose said personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction. The Promoter may share entry details with the prize provider.
